Retirement and care homes
SDA is proud of its involvement in developing the concept of communities for the elderly in the UK. We have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the intricate design requirements necessary for a successful development. Several of the schemes in which we have been involved have centred on an existing building and often these have been listed, requiring a sensitive design to ensure the support of planners while maximising the use of the building. The schemes on which we have worked include Hollins Hall in Harrogate, Raven Audley Court in Matlock, Boughton Hall in Chester, Craigerne in Peebles and Blagdon Village in Taunton.
